just back from a 4 day vacation with cynthia and boo boo. three nights in charlevoix, pointes north inn - luxery condo suites.
rained most of the time.
drove to petosky one day, for shopping and walking. spent a few minutes tracking down margie's retirement home just south of charleyville. had lunch in downtown traverse city. saw mike moore on local channel TV pleading with the city council for an ammendment, variance, committment, whatever, from the council to reserve the outdoor spaces after the sun goes down for showing movies outside.
mark strong in town tomorrow night to spend a few days talking with mom about moving into the next phase of her life, rather than resigning up for another year at polo club. we shall see, we shall see. Also this weekend is detroit docs festival. Einy's skippy kohlar (8 minutes) is being shown at the DFT.
about to review the bills and give up five things to save money:
